You will oversee service standards, beverage innovation, talent development, marketing initiatives, and profitability while maintaining the highest hospitality excellence across the venue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality or premium lounges.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, beverage trends, and luxury guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all bar and lounge operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand recognition.
• Lead and develop management and staff to achieve operational excellence and service consistency.
• Establish and maintain luxury service standards with personalized guest experiences.
• Drive beverage innovation through creative cocktail programs and premium selections.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost controls, and revenue optimization.
