Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or related field.
• Experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury resort or hotel preferred.
• Hold internationally recognized certifications such as ITEC, CIDESCO, or CIBTAC.
• Proficient in massage techniques, facials and spa therapies; knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction and high treatment standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Spa Treatments
• Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials and body treatments customized to meet individual guest needs
• Maintain Professional Standards and hygiene across treatment rooms
• Uphold cleanliness, organization and sanitation within spa areas
• Engage with guests to provide product recommendations and enhance their spa experience
• Stay informed about spa products and techniques, recommending appropriate items
• Monitor supplies and ensure treatment rooms are stocked
