Job summary

Zenon Aviation seeks an MCC Engineer for a permanent role in the Middle East. Start date is to be confirmed, with ASAP candidate identification. You will report to the MCC Manager and oversee maintenance on the customer fleet globally.

Responsibilities include managing AOG events, service schedules, and coordination with onsite technical support, customer support, spares and logistics to return helicopters to operational service.

Qualifications

• EASA/FAA/ICAO Type II License holder.
• Knowledge of Part 145 and airworthiness requirements.
• Experience with MCC/OCC is advantageous.
• Experience with operator documentation and procedures.
• Experience dealing with VVIP customers and OEMs.
• Familiarity with maintenance forecasting and airworthiness systems (AMOS advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical scenarios and AOG events.
• Maintain service schedules and delivery timelines.
• Interact with VVIP customers, stakeholders and OEMs.
• Assist maintenance operations in resource allocation.
• Coordinate with onsite technical support, spare/ logistics teams.
• Analyze data to ensure timely return to service of helicopters.
• Utilize maintenance forecasting and airworthiness management systems.
