Job summary

Yokogawa in Bahrain is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive sales and market penetration of our Life Science portfolio, including FlowCam and related imaging systems, across the MEA region. You will apply technical product knowledge and strategic sales skills to win opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and research customers.

Responsibilities include building relationships with key stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with marketing and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biomedical, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, or related fields.
• Familiarity with particle analysis, imaging systems, and laboratory instrumentations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across the MEA region.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for FlowCam and life science products.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
• Participate in Exhibitions, Conferences, and events promoting Yokogawa products and business growth.
