Job summary

Yokogawa Electric Corporation in Bahrain seeks a Senior Service Engineer to deliver on-site service, respond to trouble requests, and restore control system functionality while meeting SLAs. You will install and upgrade Yokogawa control systems, perform preventative maintenance, and generate documentation and reports for customers and management.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 9–10 years’ hands-on experience and mandatory ILB/OMS, TLSVP, and PRM expertise; ICSS lifecycle

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with focus on process control, instrumentation or electrical/electronics.
9–10 years hands-on experience in engineering, troubleshooting and maintenance of Yokogawa Control systems.
Knowledge and experience of Yokogawa ILB/OMS, TLSVP, PRM is mandatory.
Familiarity with Yokogawa ICSS Life Cycle Management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Respond to allocated trouble requests with on-site service to restore functionality and meet customer contract obligations and SLAs.
Execute installations, modifications (including upgrades) and other professional services according to work orders and contracts.
Carry out on-site preventive maintenance and routine service actions per customer requests and contracts.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and analyses for management review.
Coordinate with site engineers for progress, resource status, and issue resolution.
