Job summary

Yokogawa Bahrain is seeking an experienced engineer to deliver on-site service for control systems, drive restoration of equipment, and perform installations, upgrades and maintenance under contract obligations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 9–10 years of hands-on Yokogawa experience, especially ILB/OMS, TLSVP and PRM. You will collaborate with customers, prepare reports, and support billing with accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Process Control Systems / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics.
• 9–10 years of hands-on experience in engineering, troubleshooting and maintenance of Yokogawa Control systems.
• Knowledge and experience of Yokogawa ILB/OMS, TLSVP, PRM is Mandatory.
• Familiar with Yokogawa ICSS Life Cycle Management will be an advantage.
• Preferably having experience in Customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to allocated trouble requests with on-site service to restore functionality.
• Execute installations, modifications, and upgrades per work orders and contracts.
• Carry out on-site preventative maintenance and routine tasks per customer requirements.
• Provide after-sales services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with site engineers for progress updates and issue resolution.
• Assist in preparing job/project documentation for management review.
