Job summary

NASS Group & Corporation is seeking a highly organized Legal Department Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department in Bahrain. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in administration, office coordination or executive support.
  • Experience in legal, corporate, or professional services environments preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update legal, contract, litigation, and collection trackers.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and distribute periodic legal and management reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and Group companies on legal and contractual matters.
  • Manage legal records, correspondence, filing systems, and document control.
  • Schedule meetings, monitor action items, and follow up on deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and management documentation.
  • Coordinate administrative activities with external law firms, consultants, and service providers.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper management of sensitive legal documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and the Legal Department.
  • Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned.

Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Department Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal documentation, maintaining departmental trackers and reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day administration of the department. This role plays a key part in supporting the legal team by maintaining organized records, monitoring deadlines, and facilitating effective communication across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update legal, contract, litigation, and collection trackers
  • Prepare, consolidate, and distribute periodic legal and management reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments and Group companies on legal and contractual matters
  • Manage legal records, correspondence, filing systems, and document control

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related discipline
  • Certification in office administration or document management is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administration, office coordination, or executive support
  • Previous experience within a legal, corporate, or professional services environment is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong reporting capabilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in document management and record-keeping systems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
