Job summary

Haji Hassan Group in Manama, Bahrain seeks an experienced corporate lawyer to oversee complex contractual matters and regulatory compliance. The role requires drafting and reviewing contracts, POs, bank facilities, MoA, and AoA, with strong liaison to external counsel.

The candidate will represent the company before courts and authorities, manage labor and credit claims, and ensure adherence to Bahraini Civil and Labor Law, as well as CR renewals and amendments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a corporate legal role.
• Familiar with Bahraini Civil Law and Labor Law.
• Experience with CR renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
