Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a lead solution architect in Bahrain to manage YMA systems and DES proposals, coordinating with multiple departments to deliver timely, compliant submissions. The role requires deep OT experience and strong collaboration with sales teams across MEA.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4–7 years in related roles, with proven problem-solving, communication, and autonomous work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in a similar OT environment role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage YMA system and DES proposals end to end.
• Collaborate with Product Delivery Center, Service, Quality, Legal, etc.
• Lead submission of proposals within committed schedules.
• Act as Yokogawa ambassador within the MEA region.
• Support sales with techno-commercial presentations and discussions.
• Coordinate training requirements for the solutions team.
• Support FEED, POC, LCA proposals and site surveys as needed.
• Ensure audits for solutions are conducted and completed.
