Job summary

Alzayani Investments is seeking an IT Support Officer with a strong mix of traditional enterprise IT and modern smart-device expertise. You will be the escalation point for complex issues and own configuration, support, and maintenance of a wide range of devices.

The role requires proactive problem-solving, comfort with Windows Server and Active Directory, and the ability to troubleshoot smart home and mobile ecosystems in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance.
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–3 IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Lead personal and mobile device support and configuration.
• Install and troubleshoot Smart TVs, media devices, and smart home/office systems.
• Support IP CCTV, access control, and ELV infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and wireless networks; manage switches/routers/APs.
• Assist Windows Server administration: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Document configurations and liaise with vendors for repairs.
