Job summary

Alzayani Investments is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer to support, secure and maintain the group’s IT systems in Manama. You will work with SOC/CISO teams, remit security controls, and collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable operations.

The role covers network design, firewall management, cloud security, and infrastructure hardening, with a focus on incident response and documentation to support audits and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in supporting infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and cloud security.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networks, servers and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and install network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs) and layout LAN/WAN.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot to meet service levels.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, patching, and capacity planning for networks.
• Manage IP telephony and voice systems across departments.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for connectivity, performance, and outages.
