Job summary

Ansi Recruitment & Outsourcing is seeking an experienced IT Support Services & Cyber Security Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations for enterprise clients in Bahrain. The role covers Microsoft 365, cloud services, security, backup, and incident response.

You will work onsite with clients, implement VAPT, monitor security posture, and ensure SLA compliance while guiding IT assets and support across networks and endpoints.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of relevant IT experience.
• MSP/MSSP environment experience preferred.
• Certifications in Microsoft/Cyber Security/Cloud are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Managed IT Operations, Remote Support & Onsite IT Support.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure/Cloud services, users, licenses, email and security policies.
• Manage Windows Servers, endpoints, networks, infrastructure, domains and DNS.
• Monitor and manage backup, storage and disaster recovery (DR) operations.
• Support AWS, Oracle ERP, Genesys Cloud and other business applications.
• Perform/coordinate VAPT, Website & Mobile Application Penetration Testing.
• Conduct Cloud Security and Infrastructure Security Assessments.
• Manage Email Security, Endpoint Security, vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Support phishing/social engineering simulations, security reporting and re-testing.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, device setup, maintenance and user troubleshooting.
• Handle security incidents, SLA compliance, monitoring, documentation and reporting.
