Alzayani Investments is seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to own a broad range of IT duties, from enterprise server management to smart-device ecosystems. You will act as escalation point for complex issues and manage personal and connected devices, ensuring smooth operation of the organization's tech landscape.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, security best practices, and strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance/investment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–3 IT support to users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Lead personal and mobile device management, incl. iOS and Android devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart TVs, media boxes, and smart home/office systems.
• Support ELV infrastructure including IP CCTV, access control, and security tech.
• Manage LAN/WAN and wireless networks; troubleshoot switches/routers/APs.
• Assist in Windows Server administration: AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Document configurations and liaise with vendors for repairs.

Job Overview
At Alzayani Investments, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Support Officer to join our team. This position requiring a unique blend of traditional enterprise IT expertise and a deep understanding of modern smart-device ecosystems.

You will act as the escalation point for complex technical issues while taking primary ownership of configuring, supporting, and maintaining a wide array of personal and connected devices. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is just as comfortable managing a Windows Server environment as they are troubleshooting a smart home integration or a mobile device.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Technical Support: Provide comprehensive Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support to users, ensuring the rapid and professional resolution of complex hardware and software issues.

• Personal Device & Mobile Management: Serve as the primary support lead for all personal and mobile devices. Set up, configure, and troubleshoot iOS and Android smartphones, tablets, and personal computing devices.

• Smart Ecosystems & AV Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Smart TVs, media streaming boxes (Apple TV, Android TV), and smart home/office automation systems.

• CCTV & ELV Systems: Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Extra Low Voltage (ELV) infrastructure, including IP CCTV camera systems, access control, and related physical security tech.

• Network & Wireless Infrastructure: Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and complex wireless (Wi-Fi) deployments. Handle L2/L3 network troubleshooting involving switches, routers, and access points.

• Server Administration: Assist in the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

• Documentation & Vendor Management: Maintain accurate IT inventory, document system configurations, and liaise with third‑party vendors and service providers for specialized equipment repairs.

Qualifications
