Job summary

Alzayani Investments is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Officer to join our team, blending traditional enterprise IT with modern smart-device ecosystems. You will act as the escalation point for complex issues, owning configuration, support, and maintenance of personal and connected devices, from Windows Server to smart home integrations and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance/investment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Technical Support: Provide Level 1–3 support for hardware and software issues.
• Personal & Mobile Device management: Configure and troubleshoot iOS/Android devices.
• Smart Ecosystems & AV Support: Install and troubleshoot smart TVs and home/office automation systems.
• CCTV & ELV Systems: Support IP CCTV, access control, and security tech.
• Network & Wireless Infrastructure: Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi deployments.
• Server Administration: Assist with Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP.
• Documentation & Vendor Management: Maintain IT inventory and liaise with vendors.
