Job summary

DHL in Bahrain invites an Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist to craft and manage programs that boost engagement, culture, and employee well-being across all entities. You will support the HR Director and shared services, driving projects and day-to-day HR activities in a dynamic, international environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in HR (Master’s preferred) with 5+ years in HR, strong English and Arabic, and proven ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in remuneration, employee relations and employee engagement.
• Cross-functional working experience.
• Knowledge of employee engagement tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and programs.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.
• Design programs to support wellbeing, recognition and development.
• Analyze survey results to identify trends and improvements.
• Prepare reports for leadership on engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with suppliers and event management for engagement events.
• Support HR projects and assist HR manager as needed.
• Organize HR events and employee activities per calendar.
• Develop CSR initiatives and ESG activities under guidance.
• Provide HR support across functions as required.
