Job summary

Confidential Company in Bahrain seeks a housekeeping supervisor to oversee staff and coordinate schedules for apartments, offices and facilities. You will supervise, plan and schedule cleaning programs, including move-in preparations and annual tasks.

You will monitor inventory and work with the Property Manager to order equipment and supplies, assist with cleaning duties, and maintain a safe working environment with proper dress code.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel or similar industry.
• High school diploma required.
• Efficient, reliable, organized with good written and verbal communication.
• Team player.
• Good customer service.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate staffing schedules.
• Plan and schedule cleaning programs including annuals and move-in preparations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Property Manager for ordering equipment and supplies.
• Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning duties across areas.
• Maintain a safe working environment and dress code standards.
