Job summary

AimGulf seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations across our hotel properties in Bahrain. You will drive quality standards, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure safe, compliant practices in guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting areas.

You will also collaborate with Property Operations on rehabilitation projects, mentor a high-performing team, and uphold health and safety protocols to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping operations in a hotel or resort.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and inventory controls.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping operations including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Ensure high quality standards across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Collaborate on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects with Property Operations and other departments.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, development, and recognition programs.
• Uphold health and safety standards, focusing on proper chemical usage and cleaning supplies.
