Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Housekeeping, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High degree of professionalism with strong HR management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of facilities and guestrooms.
• Ensure staff compliance with local regulations and company safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Ensure projects, milestones and departmental goals are met within allocated budgets.
• Organize workflow and ensure staff understand duties and delegated tasks.
