You will lead budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation, while collaborating on facility improvement projects and driving a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping operations: supervise daily activities, systems, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
• Ensure high quality standards across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
• Collaborate on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects with Property Operations and other departments.
• Develop and retain a high-performing team through performance management and development programs.
• Uphold health and safety standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
