Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Commercial Manager to own and execute the integrated commercial strategy across all revenue streams, including Groups, Conferences, and Events, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure and Spa. You will partner with General Managers and Finance to optimize profitability and drive market share, shaping pricing, forecasts, and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial strategy and execution across revenue streams (GCE, Rooms, F&B, Leisure, Spa).
• Maximize revenue and profitability with senior leadership to meet targets.
• Lead pricing and forecasting strategies, including demand forecasting and reviews.
• Align sales and marketing efforts with on-property and regional teams to drive demand.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to evolving conditions.
• Build and sustain relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams and external partners.
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management and development.
