Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, esp. Mediterranean.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise menus according to seasonal availability, customer preferences, and food cost.
• Source high-quality ingredients and ensure proper inventory management.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that all team members follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Create innovative dishes that showcase your expertise in international cuisine.
• Ensure timely execution of all food orders while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu planning to food preparation and presentation. Your creativity and expertise in international cuisine will elevate our menu offerings and keep our customers coming back for more.

Salary
