We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Manama, Bahrain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu planning and food preparation to managing kitchen staff and maintaining food quality standards. You will also be responsible for creating new and innovative dishes that appeal to our customers' tastes and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop menus that reflect the restaurant's culinary concept and meet customer expectations
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring all meals are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
• Create new dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients or reflect current food trends
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
