Tanqeeb is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and uphold the highest cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our facilities. You will drive standards with attention to detail, effective communication, and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities include overseeing room cleaning, laundry, and public areas; training staff; managing supplies and inventory; addressing guest concerns promptly; and collaborating with other departments for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness standards.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
