Job summary

Apex Group, a Bermuda-originated fund administration leader, seeks a Transfer Agency specialist in Bahrain. You will cover investors, managers, and internal teams on fund documentation and AML/KYC processes, ensuring timely compliance and accurate NAV-related activities.

With 5-7 years in TA and strong English skills (Arabic beneficial), you will collaborate across global operations to uphold governance and drive efficient fund administration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a Transfer Agency role.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC laws and guidelines (MENA Regulators, CIMA) and Apex policies.
• Strong written and verbal English; reading Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary contact for fund investors and managers on fund documentation and AML/KYC processing.
• Coordinate with operations and CRM teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Understand fund structures and NAV publication processes to support pricing vendors.
