Job summary

DHL MEA Flight Operations is seeking an experienced Flight Dispatcher to prepare flight packages, monitor operations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for safe and efficient airline operations in Bahrain.

The role requires a licensed dispatcher with extensive knowledge of aviation regulations, LIDO flight planning, and AIMS crew scheduling. Strong decision-making and communication skills are essential for 24/7 operations support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within Aviation, with at least 5 years in Flight Dispatch/Crewing.
• Licensed Aircraft Dispatcher with a Flight Dispatch License (BCAA, UAE or FAA).
• Knowledge of BCAA regulations (e.g. FTL/Dispatch).
• Experience with LIDO Flight Planning system and AIMS Crew Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flight operations comply with aviation regulations and SOPs.
• Provide 24/7 flight tracking, weather watch, NOTAM checks for DHL destinations.
• Prepare flight packages including flight plan, weather, NOTAMs and crew briefing.
• Coordinate with Network Ops, Crew Scheduling, Maintenance and airports.
• Report flight operations status to management and respond to incidents.
