• Coordinate plans and processes for transport operations
• Coach and guide the team for execution of day-to-day tasks
• Draft route plans and load schedules, maximize consolidation
• Track performance of subcontractors against standards
• Manage the carrier network to ensure service levels
• Report operational and customer information to improve network performance
