Job summary

V2X in Bahrain seeks a Galley Manager to supervise all galley operations and 12+ food service workers. You will implement a 28-day cycle menu per NAVSUP guidelines and ensure supplies meet daily meal needs.

You will manage FSM system, ensure nutrition and safety standards, supervise maintenance, and coordinate RIK and paid meals for ~120 patrons daily. A Navy-spirited leadership role with compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Formal training as a chef or food service supervisor is highly desirable.
• Ten years of relevant military food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages galley operations and directs 12+ employees.
• Uses FSM system to order subsistence and submit daily forms.
• Develops a 28-day menu cycle per NAVSUP guidelines.
• Maintains equipment accountability and serviceability.
• Ensures meals meet NAVSUP nutrition and safety standards.
• Oversees meal preparation for daily carry-out and RIK meals.
