Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in culinary or food management is preferred.
• Formal training as a chef or food service manager is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise galley operations and 12+ staff.
• Use FSM system to order subsistence supplies and manage operations.
• Develop a 28-day NAVSUP-compliant menu cycle and ensure safety standards.
