OMICRON electronics is seeking a proactive Inside Sales/ Sales Support professional in Bahrain to manage pre- and post-sales activities, quotations and tenders. You will be the link to sales partners, supporting them in all commercial issues and coordinating customer trainings through the OMICRON Academy.

Strong CRM/ERP familiarity and MS Office skills are essential. The role requires at least 2 years in Customer & Sales Support, fluency in English, and French as a mandatory requirement, with

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or business-related education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer & Sales Support or Inside Sales; CRM/ERP experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsabilités

• Handle all commercial issues for customers (pre and post sales).
• Prepare quotations and manage tenders.
• Support Area Sales Manager throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with sales partners and assist them in commercial tasks.
• Coordinate customer follow-ups and product demonstrations with the sales team.
• Maintain customer database (CRM system).
• Coordinate customer trainings via OMICRON Academy; registrations and related admin.
• Provide back-up support to the team.
