Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH in Bahrain seeks a dedicated Inside Sales/Customer & Sales Support professional to join our team. You will handle commercial issues, prepare quotations, and support the sales process from start to finish.

You will coordinate with sales partners, manage CRM/ERP data, and organise customer trainings through the OMICRON Academy, ensuring accurate administration and timely follow-ups. Proficiency in English and French is essential, with Arabic as a plus.

Qualifications

Commercial or business education completed; technical experience not required.
2+ years experience in Customer & Sales Support or Inside Sales; CRM/ERP exposure is a plus.
Structured, ownership-minded, and able to handle customer requests from start to finish.
Strong attention to detail, independent work style, and ability to multitask.
Excellent command of English; French is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage customers in all commercial issues, pre- and after-sales.
Prepare quotations and handle tenders.
Support Area Sales Manager throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with sales partners and assist them in commercial issues.
Coordinate customer follow-ups, support product demonstrations and ensure smooth commercial processes with the sales team.
Maintain customer database (CRM).
Coordinate customer trainings via the OMICRON Academy, including registrations and admin.
Provide back-up support to the team.
