Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a Customer & Sales Support specialist to handle quotations, tenders and post‑sale tasks in a structured environment. You will coordinate with the sales partners and support the team to ensure smooth commercial processes, while maintaining CRM data and assisting with customer trainings.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer and sales support, strong English skills, and French fluency.

Qualifications

• Completed a commercial or business-related education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer & Sales Support or Inside Sales.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; French is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial issues for customers (pre and post sales).
• Prepare quotations and manage tenders.
• Support Area Sales Manager throughout the sales process.
