Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is seeking a seasoned Hotel Manager to lead luxury operations at our 5-star resort in Bahrain. The role demands strategic leadership, revenue growth, and impeccable guest experience across all outlets.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of upscale hotel management experience, a strong background in budgeting and stakeholder management, and fluency in English; MBA or Hospitality MBA is a plus. Bahrain GCC luxury hospitality market experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of Hotel Manager experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or resort.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, GOP improvement, profitability and business performance.
• Strong expertise in luxury operations, LQA standards, brand compliance and guest experience.
• Excellent leadership skills in team development, Heartist engagement and succession planning.
• Middle East luxury hospitality market knowledge, preferably Bahrain or GCC.
