Confidential Company is seeking a Sales Associate to promote and cross-sell an existing range of B2C products through outdoor sales, telemarketing, roadshows, and events. You will handle service requests, process transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include tracking requests, performing background checks when provisioning services, managing cash, and coordinating with team leaders on promotions and price changes. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in B2C sales or customer service in Bahrain.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in FMCG/Telecom/ICT/Insurance or Spare Parts preferred.
• Bahraini driving license preferred.
• Immediate joiner.

Responsabilités

• Promote and cross-sell B2C products and services via outdoor sales, telemarketing, roadshows and events.
• Handle customer service requests including provisioning, bill payments, queries and complaints.
• Track and clear suspended/rejected sales/service requests.
• Maintain daily cash collections and secure payments.
• Update daily financial transactions and deposit payments to customer accounts.
• Liaise with Team Leaders for promotions updates and price changes.
• Follow processes to meet customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain/update social media accounts per KPIs and respond to customer inquiries.
• Assist with other related tasks as required.
