Job summary

CERAMIC GALLERY in Bahrain seeks an experienced outdoor sales professional to grow our project business across tiles, porcelain, and sanitary ware. You will build and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, architects and developers, while pursuing new opportunities and presenting quotations.

Responsibilities include site visits, client meetings, and driving monthly and annual sales targets. A strong network in Bahrain and fluent English are key assets for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in ceramic tiles, porcelain, sanitary ware, building materials, or related construction.
• Existing network of contractors, consultants, architects, and project clients in Bahrain preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Valid Bahrain driving license preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers and developers.
• Identify and secure new project opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and project proposals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Promote the company s ceramic porcelain and sanitary ware product range.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
