Job summary

Trust Traders Group W.L.L. in Bahrain seeks a Designer Sales Specialist to guide clients through selecting tiles, sanitary ware, marble, and finishes, translating design concepts into proposals and quotations.

You will meet clients in the showroom, perform site visits when required, coordinate with sales and project teams, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to support sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholders.
• Proven customer service and needs assessment.
• Practical experience in interior design and space planning.
• Hands-on knowledge of kitchen and bath design.
• Sales skills including consultative selling and closing.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp) beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in showroom to discuss design concepts and requirements.
• Prepare design proposals and layouts aligned with project needs.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure accurate quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product lines to support sales targets.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, designers, and contractors.
