Job summary

Red Chilli Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive for an environmental solutions role in Bahrain. This field-based position focuses on introducing an off-grid sanitation and wastewater treatment solution to customers without reliable sewer access.

You will cover a defined territory, visit sites regularly, and build relationships with decision-makers to convert opportunities into sales. You will spend most of your time in the field, conducting site visits, delivering product

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' field sales or B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in areas such as construction products, equipment rental, facilities services, telecoms, FMCG or another field-based sales environment.
• Confidence approaching new customers and developing business from scratch.
• Ability to build relationships with site managers, owners and procurement professionals.
• A proactive, self-motivated and results-focused approach.
• Arabic language is advantageous.
• Valid local driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Sales Executive – Environmental Solutions

Bahrain

Full-time | Field-based | On-site

We are recruiting for ambitious, commercially driven Sales Executives to join a growing environmental technology business across Bahrain.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based sales role focused on introducing an innovative off‑grid sanitation and wastewater treatment solution to customers operating in locations without reliable sewer access.

The product is a self‑contained sanitation system designed to treat wastewater where it is produced and reuse the water on site. It is particularly relevant for environments such as construction sites, worker accommodation, farms, estates, parks, events, resorts, fuel stations and remote industrial locations.

The role

You will take ownership of a defined geographic territory, identify sites that rely on sewage or water tanker services, engage with the relevant decision‑makers and convert opportunities into sales.

This is not an office‑based position. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, meeting customers, carrying out site visits and building relationships across your territory. You will report the office first thing in the morning for a briefing.

Responsibilities will include:

The expectation is for Sales Executives to be highly active in the market, with approximately 8–10 prospect visits per day.

About you

We are looking for candidates with:

• At least 2 years’ field sales or B2B sales experience
• A proven record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in areas such as construction products, equipment rental, facilities services, telecoms, FMCG or another field‑based sales environment
• Confidence approaching new customers and developing business from scratch
• The ability to build relationships with site managers, owners and procurement professionals
• A proactive, self‑motivated and results‑focused approach
• Fluent English

Arabic is advantageous

You will also need a valid local driving licence and your own vehicle.

Bahraini / GCC nationals are particularly welcomed
