Job summary

Hilton in Bahrain is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations, manage budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and policy implementation while ensuring exceptional cleanliness and service across guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting areas.

You will drive a high-performing team, oversee professional development, enforce health and safety standards with cleaning chemicals, and partner with Property Operations on rehabilitation and capital projects to elevate

Extensive housekeeping management experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Lead housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy implementation.
Ensure high quality standards across guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas.
Collaborate on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects with Property Operations and other departments.
Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, development, and recognition programs.
Uphold health and safety standards, particularly regarding chemicals and cleaning supplies.
