Responsibilities

• Oversees daily housekeeping shift operations, recreation/health club, and laundry as applicable.
• Verifies guest room status communicated to Front Desk and inspects guestrooms and public spaces.
• Manages staffing, timekeeping, supplies, and adherence to SOPs/LSOPs.
• Provides coaching, feedback, and recognition; drives corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Maintains budgetary goals and ensures service standards are met across departments.
