The role focuses on developing menus, training staff, and maintaining consistent guest satisfaction through culinary excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary, food & beverage operations.
• Ability to design and implement menus and recipes.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff.
• Develop menus and recipes while maintaining quality and costs.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety compliance across all stations.
• Monitor budgets and inventory, optimise purchasing and waste control.
