Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team in Al-Malikiyah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international cuisine, as well as experience in managing a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our target audience
• Oversee all food preparation ensuring highest quality standards are met
• Train and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
• Collaborate with management to develop new strategies for improving the restaurant's operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• In-depth knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu items and concepts
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field from an accredited institution
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an asset)

Salary: 1400$ per month
