Head Chef

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and developing new menus, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes. We are looking for someone with a passion for food, creativity, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Develop new menus and dishes that align with our restaurant's concept and standards
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented attractively
• Train new staff members on proper cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operation
• Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Creativity in developing new menu items while also maintaining classic dishes
• Ability to lead a team effectively and delegate responsibilities accordingly
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, vacation days, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
