Job summary

Penny Software is hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new logos across the GCC. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end responsibility—from outbound outreach to closing complex enterprise SaaS deals.

You will own discovery sessions, deliver technical demos, map customer requirements to solutions, and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success. Based in Bahrain, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a full-cycle new business sales role selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability to own and close deals independently, from cold outreach to signed contract.
• Skilled at running technical product demos and mapping solutions to client business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end new business acquisition: prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and map customer requirements to solutions.
• Build and manage outbound pipeline using tools like Sales Navigator and Amplemarket.
