Responsibilities

Deliver and execute the product strategy for Penny's supplier platform, focusing on supplier acquisition, engagement, and success.
Drive rapid growth in marketplace adoption, especially in construction and contracting sectors.
Define and track marketplace metrics, including GTV, supplier response rates, and buyer satisfaction.
Collaborate with engineering and design to build features that improve sourcing and bidding efficiency.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across teams and with marketplace operating partners to deliver value.
