Job summary

TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L in Manama is seeking a Service Sales Executive to drive service contracts and maintenance growth. You will build long-term client relationships, assess needs, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The ideal candidate has proven Bahrain market experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bahrain market, preferably in elevator industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Basic understanding of elevator and escalator services is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities for elevator and escalator service contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored service solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations, negotiating terms to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to management for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product/service innovations to enhance sales strategies.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
