Job summary

TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L. in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, seeks an NI Sales Engineer to promote and sell New Installation solutions by combining engineering expertise with commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
• Registration with Bahrain CRPEP or eligibility for registration.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, elevators, building services, MEP, construction, or related technical industries.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Valid Bahrain driving license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic analysis and recommend suitable elevator and escalator solutions.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Provide technical consultations to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Coordinate with factories and engineering departments regarding technical requirements and product configurations.

Position Summary

The NI Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling TK Elevator's New Installation solutions by combining technical engineering expertise with commercial acumen. The role involves supporting consultants, contractors, developers, and end users through the entire sales cycle, from project identification and traffic analysis to proposal submission and contract award.

The successful candidate must be capable of applying sound engineering principles in accordance with Bahrain Engineering Council requirements while ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and TK Elevator policies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Engineering Support

• Conduct traffic analysis and recommend suitable elevator and escalator solutions.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Provide technical consultations to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Coordinate with factories and engineering departments regarding technical requirements and product configurations.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with applicable safety codes, engineering standards, and project specifications.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs while maintaining performance and quality standards.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities within Bahrain's construction and real estate sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate contract terms and support the sales process through project award.
• Maintain sales forecasts, project pipelines, and CRM records.
• Represent TK Elevator at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with Installation, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and QHSE departments.
• Monitor project progress from award through handover.
• Address technical queries and support customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all TK Elevator QHSE policies and procedures.
• Support implementation of ISO and quality management requirements.
• Promote safe working practices and report any safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain Engineering Council regulations and professional engineering standards.
• Maintain professional integrity in all engineering recommendations and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Degree must be recognized by the relevant Bahrain authorities and suitable for Bahrain Engineering Council registration.

Professional Requirements

• Registration with the The Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions - CRPEP or eligibility for registration is mandatory.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence .

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales engineering, elevators, building services, MEP, construction, or related technical industries.
• Experience in vertical transportation solutions is highly preferred.

Technical Competencies

• Knowledge of elevator and escalator systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Understanding of traffic analysis and building transportation requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Language Skills
