Job summary

TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L in Manama is seeking a Service Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the elevator and escalator service business. You will develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify needs, present service solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts while tracking performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical services or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to close deals and manage full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities for elevator and escalator service contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor service solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations, negotiating terms to close deals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to management for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events.
