Job summary

PPOAR in Isa Town, Bahrain is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to design and prepare a variety of desserts and baked goods. You will create new recipes, ensure consistency across offerings, and lead junior pastry staff in a fast-paced kitchen.

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design dessert menus.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of pastry orders.
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for efficient operations
• Create new recipes based on seasonal ingredients or customer requests
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
