Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop creative and innovative pastry recipes that align with our restaurant's concept.
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, tarts, pies, and breads.
Decorate pastries using icing, glazing, piping, and chocolate work.
Ensure all pastries are made with high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully on the plate.
Manage inventory of pastry supplies and place orders as needed.
Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in proper techniques and recipes.
