Contract Executive Chef

An upscale restaurant in Isa Town is seeking a talented and motivated Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing an exceptional menu, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$, including accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget goals
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
