Job summary

Burj Line Builders in Manama is seeking a diligent Bill Collector to join our Credit Control team. You will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires excellent communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while ensuring compliance with company policy and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection or accounts receivable roles is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact clients with overdue accounts via telephone, email, and written correspondence to arrange payment.
• Negotiate payment schedules and settlement agreements to resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and payment promises.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and client disputes promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and present reports on collection status and accounts receivable to management.
• Ensure all collection activities adhere to company policies and relevant legal regulations.
• Liaise with internal departments to clarify billing information and support the collections process.
